I actually think that some things cannot be moderate for some people. Like you said here (I think we think the same on quite a few things) I see pop like a cigarette. I never believe that just a bit of a smoke is a good thing for me. I never think that a bit of a pop is good for me or okay. Now, I certainly do things that are harmful for my body - but I don't want to re-name them as something else.
